 Overview

David’s practice encompasses a broad range of complex insurance and commercial litigation matters, including professional liability, product lability, construction disputes, directors’ and officers’ claims, CGL claims and subrogation.

Known as a diligent and reliable advocate, David recognizes that the best resolution can often occur without proceeding to trial - or any courtroom for that matter. In this regard, he always strives to achieve creative and cost-effective solutions for his clients at every stage of the litigation process.

David brings his experience in insurance defence, personal injury and medical malpractice to the firm, gained during his prior tenure at boutique law firms.

During law school, David served as President of the Queen’s Law Litigation Society and was awarded the Course Prize in Alternative Dispute Resolution for highest standing in his class.
