 Overview

Sonia is a talented and tenacious litigator.  She leverages her training and experience as a Chartered Professional Accountant to provide her clients with deep financial insight and comprehensive solutions to their legal problems. Clients appreciate and rely on Sonia’s sound judgment, practical advice and strong advocacy skills to address their legal concerns. 

Sonia enjoys a broad civil litigation practice with a focus on professional liability. She is experienced in defending claims against accountants, financial advisors, directors and officers, insurance brokers, engineers, lawyers, and other professionals. Beyond her expertise with professional liability claims, Sonia also has experience defending a variety of commercial and general liability claims, including occupiers’ liability, Crown Liability, and product liability claims.

Sonia represents clients before courts and tribunals of first instance as well as at the appellate level.
