Aly Virani will continue his practice providing solutions for complex personal matters in the areas of Trusts and Estates and Family Law. A trusted advisor and passionate litigator, Aly solves client problems with tact and builds lasting professional relationships. Aly was Called to the Bar of Ontario in 2013.
Gillian Kafka’s areas of practice include insurance litigation, health law, and privacy. A persuasive advocate, Gillian has appeared before a number of the Courts of Ontario, regulatory bodies, administrative tribunals and specialized appellate bodies. Gillian was Called to the Bar of Ontario in 2012.
Joining us from a litigation boutique in Toronto, Ryan Mullins continues his practice defending insurance companies on a wide range of personal injury claims. Ryan was Called to the Bar of Ontario in 2013.
Avi Sharabi joins Blaney McMurtry after a stint in an international litigation law firm that included a secondment to the claims department of a Canadian Lloyd’s coverholder. He will continue his diverse practice focusing on insurance litigation, privacy and cyber security law. Avi was Called to the Bar of Ontario in 2012.
