Blaney McMurtry is pleased to announce that Peter Bouzalas has joined the firm. He will continue his practice in corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations involving public and private companies. Peter was called to the Bar of Ontario and to the State Bar of New York in 2000.
