In recognition of Black History Month, Blaneys welcomed Liben Gebremikael, Chief Executive Officer of TAIBU, to discuss with us the organization's mission to improve, promote and protect the health and well-being for Black communities through its delivery of quality healthcare and culturally-designed and culturally-affirming primary health care services and strategies. TAIBU is a community-driven organization at the forefront of the delivery of community health and social services to Black communities across the Greater Toronto Area. We were also treated to a delicious lunch from Rasta Pasta, located in Toronto’s Kensington Market.
