Angelique has a diverse practice focused on various corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, commercial leasing, and general corporate matters.

Angelique brings previous private practice business law experience, as well as knowledge gained from working in a number of legal departments of various large organizations, to her current role. She leverages this insight, strong business acumen, and understanding of her corporate clients’ businesses to provide reliable service to her clients.

Angelique is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in Canada and regularly provides advice regarding privacy laws and regulations to her clients.
