 Overview

Brenda is a skilled litigator with extensive experience in insurance defence. She takes a strategic, pragmatic approach to resolving disputes, always prioritizing her clients’ business objectives while delivering efficient, cost-effective results. Known for her strong advocacy and sound judgment, Brenda works closely with insurers to develop tailored legal strategies that mitigate risk and drive favorable outcomes.

Brenda has successfully defended a broad range of claims, including personal injury, product liability, property damage, sexual abuse, motor vehicle torts, and general liability matters. Her experience also extends to construction, architectural, engineering, healthcare, liquor liability, and sports and recreation claims.

She has appeared at all levels of Ontario courts and has represented clients in jury and non-jury trials, pre-trial conferences, mediations, and administrative proceedings. Beyond litigation, Brenda is actively involved in professional development, organizing seminars and presentations to keep clients informed on emerging legal trends and best practices in risk management.
