He has substantial experience with litigation for international clients, regularly handling matters for companies based in the United States and the United Kingdom.
He is a former member of the Board of Directors of a global affiliation of law firms, and he formerly served as the Chair of its North American litigation practice group. He is also a frequent author and lecturer on litigation practice-related matters.
