 Overview

Jason Mangano is an accomplished litigator with a proven record in complex, high-stakes disputes. He has acted as lead counsel at all levels of court across Canada, guiding clients through critical matters with clear strategy and practical judgment.

Jason's practice is grounded in insurance and risk-related litigation, spanning first-party and third-party liability disputes across commercial general liability, directors' and officers' liability, builder's risk and wrap-up programs, ride-share exposures, business interruption, and professional liability claims. He frequently represents participants in the construction industry — including owners, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and insurers — in coverage, indemnity, delay, and defect disputes.

Beyond insurance, Jason litigates complex commercial matters. He is known for his command of technical subject matter, strategic case management, and ability to distill intricate issues into practical, results-oriented solutions. Whether driving an early resolution or taking a matter through to appeal, Jason brings the judgment and advocacy that institutional clients expect.
