Josh’s practice is focused in the areas of Estates, Trusts and Guardianship Law. He is primarily retained on complex litigation matters involving the validity and interpretation of wills, removal of trustees and attorneys for property and personal care, passing of accounts, resulting and constructive trusts, dependant relief and professional negligence.
Josh regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice. While Josh is a zealous advocate for his clients, he understands the importance of alternative dispute resolution, which can provide a timely and cost-effective resolution to a matter.
