 Overview

Kelly Ann is developing a broad practice focused on general corporate matters, commercial leasing, and mergers & acquisitions. Her practice also includes matters in the corporate finance and sports & entertainment sectors.

Kelly Ann provides strategic corporate and business law advice to a wide variety of clients, including corporations, startups, financial institutions, commercial landlords and tenants, and various other business entities. She assists clients with negotiating, drafting, and reviewing Share/Asset Purchase and Sales Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Commercial and Retail Leases, and conducting due diligence.

Kelly Ann’s clients benefit from her creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail and professionalism.

During law school, Kelly Ann was the President of the Western Tax Law Association and served on the Executive Committee of the Distinguished Speakers Committee. During her undergraduate studies, Kelly Ann was the recipient of the Regents In-Course Scholarship from the Senate of Victoria College and the Dean’s List Scholar Certificate.
