Michael’s corporate practice is concentrated on securities, financings, mergers and acquisitions, mining law, and general corporate matters. His background in Business Management, with a specialization in Finance, allows him to provide strategic, results-driven advice to his clients. Michael acts for a broad range of clients from large public and private companies to startups and sole proprietorships across a diverse set of industries.
