 Overview

Nadav is a Toronto-based commercial litigation lawyer who helps businesses, shareholders, and individuals resolve complex disputes. His practice covers a wide range of matters, including shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract claims, fraud, construction disputes, insolvency and restructuring, and sports law.

Nadav has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and has represented clients in arbitrations and mediations. His work has included representing shareholders in conflicts over the management and control of private companies, acting for businesses pursuing or defending breach of contract claims, assisting parties navigating fraud and asset recovery matters, representing companies in large-scale insolvencies. and advising athletes and sports organizations in disputes.
