Natalie is developing a broad litigation practice with a focus on insurance defence litigation, including occupiers’ liability, professional negligence, product liability, property damage, and construction law.
Natalie has represented clients at various courts and tribunals including the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal and Licence Appeals Tribunal.
Natalie successfully competed in moot court events in law school, placing as a semi-finalist in the Canadian Client Consultation Competition. She was also a Teaching Assistant for first year law students in Contract Law and a contributing writer for a casebook on Canadian contract law.
