Navid is an avid litigator who fearlessly advocates on behalf of his clients in a wide range of insurance law matters, including motor vehicle accidents, occupier’s liability, professional negligence, government defence, property and product liability. He has successfully appeared before the Courts and Tribunals, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice, Small Claims Court and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
Navid takes pride in providing cost-effective litigation strategies as well as excellent client service. He brings well honed litigation skills from his prior experiences at a boutique insurance defence firm and at a national insurance company.
Navid graduated Cum Laude from University of Ottawa’s Faculty of law, where he received academic scholarships, and was named on the dean’s honour list.
