We want to provide you with an update on our firm’s response to changing conditions over the past week:
- We have implemented our business continuity plan to ensure that our operations will continue without interruption.
- Everyone at the firm is working remotely. The Province’s list of essential workplaces allows us to access our office as required but we are of the view that it is best for our colleagues and our community for us to make very limited use of our physical offices.
- We continue to make every effort to ensure this situation does not impact the service and support that our lawyers and staff are providing to our clients.
- The firm’s Executive Committee continually assesses any changing needs and we will continue to respond accordingly.
