We are back again with our second edition. We hope you found our pilot newsletter informative.
In this newsletter, we are providing you with some useful information concerning lawyer-client privilege, and the potential impact of Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation’s private right of action against insurers.
As most of you haven’t met our colleague, Avi Sharabi, we thought we would send you a photograph of him getting into the holiday mood!
