On May 5th, Chad Kopach will be speaking at the 2023 Electrical Industry Conference. He will be speaking at a session entitled, "Update on the Construction Act – 3 years of Prompt Payment".
As a certified ODACC adjudicator, and a Law Society of Ontario Certified Specialist in Construction Law, Chad will provide a refresher on the “new” timelines to lien, invoice requirements to trigger Prompt Payment provisions, and an update on the status of Construction Adjudication in Ontario.
