On November 25, Chad Kopach will be speaking at the "Adjudication Under the Construction Act" webinar hosted by the Ontario Bar Association's Institute.
As a certified ODACC adjudicator, and a Law Society of Ontario Certified Specialist in Construction Law, Chad will provide an overview of developing issues with respect to adjudication under the Act, from how to commence an adjudication, to best practices before adjudicators.
