On March 22, 2018, Henry Chang moderated/spoke at the American Immigration Lawyers Association South Florida Chapter Conference held in Miami, on a panel entitled 'Boiler Room: Should We Still Invest? Challenges in E Visa Processing'.
The panel covered topics such as:
- Third country national processing
- Current trends in adjudication
- Additional questions/screening under policies established by the new administration
Along with Henry, other speakers on the panel included Ramon Curiel, Jacqueline Villalba, and Allen Orr. Henry and Jacqueline Villalba also co-wrote an article called Overview of E-1 Treaty Traders and E-2 Treaty Investors.
