David Mackenzie will be speaking on insurance coverage issues arising about the expanding conflict between privacy and technology at the DRI’s Insurance Coverage & Practice Symposium on December 7th. He will be addressing the ways in which technology is eroding individual privacy, and how such erosion is increasingly coming into conflict with law (both existing and emerging). That clash is certain to result in coverage disputes and claims between policyholders and their insurers.
