Bruno Soucy spoke on "Negotiating IT Contracts - Advanced Strategies Toolkit," during the 3rd IT Contracting and Purchasing CLE conference organized by Federated Press, held June 4 and 5, 2015, in Toronto. Soucy's topic overviewed the planning, execution and management of negotiations for IT related agreements, including review of negotiation strategy, negotiation tactics, negotiation skills and negotiation dynamics, as well as negotiation tools to assist in carrying out or managing complex or extensive negotiations.
