Matthew G. Tapia is a partner in the Real Estate practice group at Blaney McMurtry LLP and his practice is focused on commercial transactions and real estate matters. His general real estate practice includes the purchase, sale and financing of commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, office and retail buildings and portfolios, commercial leasing, condominium and land development, land assemblies, and loan transactions. He acts for and advises purchasers and vendors, lenders and borrowers, landlords and tenants, and developers and investors.
