 Overview

Neena is a Canadian immigration lawyer with extensive experience advising businesses and individuals on complex, cross-border immigration matters. Dual qualified in Canada and England and Wales, she provides strategic, business focused immigration solutions to support clients navigating Canada’s evolving immigration landscape.

Neena works closely with corporate clients and individuals on a wide range of Canadian immigration matters, including:

  • Labour Market Immigration Assessments (LMIAs)
  • Intra-company transfers and global mobility programs
  • CUSMA professional work permits
  • Employer compliance and risk management
  • Permanent residence and citizenship applications
  • Temporary resident visas and work permits
  • Inadmissibility and rehabilitation applications

She supports organizations in attracting and retaining international talent while managing immigration risk and advises individuals at every stage of their immigration journey, from temporary residence through to permanent residence and citizenship.

Neena represents clients across a range of industries, including technology, engineering, finance, and manufacturing, and is particularly experienced in supporting high growth and internationally mobile workforces.

Prior to joining the firm, Neena worked as a Business Immigration Manager and Lawyer at a leading global immigration firm, where she advised multinational organizations and individuals on a broad spectrum of corporate immigration matters.
