 Overview

Rae is developing a practice focused on patents, trademarks, intellectual property litigation, and business development with an emphasis on the pharmaceutical and health sciences industries.

In a previous role, as a Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance (RA/QA) Consultant, Rae developed extensive experience in strategic planning, coordination and management of various regulatory and quality projects for pharmaceuticals, medical devices and natural health products, including New Drug Submissions, Abbreviated New Drug Submissions, Product Licence Applications and Clinical Trial Applications. In this role, she helped clients navigate issues relating to product and establishment licensing, formulary listings, product development and manufacturing, pharmacovigilance (including Health Canada adverse drug reaction reporting and recalls) and compliance. Her clients benefit from her insight and her specialized knowledge related to regulatory matters.

During law school, Rae was a Student Caseworker at the Queen’s Business Law Clinic and the Community Advocacy and Legal Centre in Belleville. She also competed in the 2019 Harold G. Fox Moot.
