On June 20th, Andrea Rush will moderate a webinar titled "Is Sharing a Hyperlink Copyright Infringement?" hosted by ALAI Canada.
The Supreme Court of Canada decided not to heard the appeal in the Linkletter case that deals with hyperlinking. This session will examine the consequences of upholding the BC Court of Appeal decision and will compare the Canadian context to the events in the European Union where hyperlinking has led to major decisions from the EU Court of Justice.
