Blaney McMurtry Partner Jason Mangano will be one of six panelists at the Occupiers' Liability Conference being held by the Ontario Bar Association on September 28, 2015. The panel will address such issues as legislation on workplace safety and recreational vehicles; insight into evidentiary issues and the standard of care; and plaintiff's perspective on laying the groundwork before commencing a claim.
